How you sell
You can sell the shots on their own or paired with a mixer. Customers can choose a 30ml or a 60ml shot. More information on products and sale tips are below.

Lemon, Honey, Ginger Flu Fighter
A DELICIOUS BLEND OF FRESH LEMON, NATURAL SWEET HONEY AND A SHOT OF GOJU GINGER
INGREDIENTS:
350 ml Hot Water
50 ml tepid water
2 teaspoons of honey
30ml shot of Goju ginger liquid
1 tspn of lemon juice
2 lemon slices to garnish
METHOD:
Put Ginger juice, Lemon and Honey into the bottom of the glass
Gently add the hot water.
Gently stir with a long teaspoon (parfait spoon) until well mixed
Now add the tepid water (not chilled) until roughly 1cm below lip of glass
Add 2 slices of lemon to the top as a garnish.
PRESENTATION:
Serve in a Frappe Glass, with a straw. For ease of drinking you may want to wrap a napkin around the glass or use a cardboard hot beverage collar.
