We wanted to make wellness shots that are functional and effective in keeping you feeling your best. You'll notice that each shot has a very short, simple ingredient list and contain zero additives or preservatives.

Fireball | Ginger Shot

BENEFITS: Ginger is widely regarded for its ability to boost your immune system, aiding weight loss and improving digestion.

HOW TO: We like it first thing in the morning or after food to aid digestion. Take as needed. 

INGREDIENTS: Ginger (50%), apple, lemon

Beauty | Collagen & Beetroot

BENEFITS: Our beauty shot contains a concentrated high-quality Verisol Collagen, specifically designed to improve the health of hair, skin and nails. One of our collagen shots meets the recommended daily dose of collagen.

Beetroot was selected as Collagen's side-kick in this shot because they are a fantastic source of fibre, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.

Because of their great nutritional value, beetroots have numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance.

HOW TO: One a day, everyday, anytime.

INGREDIENTS: Verisol Collagen, beetroot, apple and lime.

Glow | Turmeric Shot

BENEFITS: Turmeric has long been hailed as the king of natural anti-inflammatories, it is also regarded for its ability to enhance your mood and brain power, plus it's packed with antioxidants for glowy skin.

HOW TO: Take as a daily shot, can be morning or night, great after exercise to assist with inflammation.

INGREDIENTS: Turmeric (50%), carrot, lemon, black & cayenne pepper.

Charge | Matcha & Chlorella

BENEFITS: Matcha and Chlorella are two powerhouse ingredients known for their dense vitamin, mineral and antioxidants make up. Matcha is a green leaf often used to make tea (similar to green) and has natural caffeine in it. We have made sure that one of our shots is equivalent to one shot of coffee. Chlorella is similar to the more commonly used spirulina, however, chlorella is higher in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, riboflavin, iron, magnesium, and zinc.

HOW TO: Take as you wish, we recommend 1-2 a day as a morning or afternoon boost. It's a perfect addition to a green smoothie!

Detox | Charcoal Shot

BENEFITS: Charcoal is often used in hospitals to aid people suffering from high levels of toxicity, used by the general public, it can aid in reducing hangover effects from drinking by absorbing toxins in the system. It is also known to also to promote clear skin and reduce bloating.

HOW TO: take 2-3 times per week, at night is best, do not take with other medication as there is potential it will absorb it, great after alcohol.

INGREDIENTS: Activated coconut charcoal (1g), coconut water, lemon.
